US carrier backflip on port congestion surcharge

To our valued customers,

Further to our previous email regarding port congestion, shipping lines have bowed to overwhelming pressure from shippers & consignees alike & suspended implementation of the surcharge.

However, all shipping lines have reserved the right to implement the surcharge at a moment’s notice.

Be aware that there is still considerable Rail, Road & Chassis delays occurring across the US.

We again urge all our customers to rely of our customer Solutions team as we work to minimise delays as best we can.
