Hamburg Sud - North East Asia to Australia General Rate Increase (GRI)

To our valued customers,

Hamburg Süd have advised of a General Rate Increase (GRI) to be implemented effective 1st March 2017 on the North East Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea) to Australia trade as follows:

US$ 300 per 20’ standard container

US$ 600 per 40’ standard and high cube container

US$ 600 per 40’ non-operated reefer container (NOR)

US$ 600 per 40’ reefer container 

This GRI is applicable for all cargo on board vessels with ETD 1st March 2017 onwards (based on Pro forma date).
