LANDSIDE TERMINAL FEE INCREASES BRISBANE AND SYDNEY

Dear Valued Customers

Hutchinson Wharf Terminal

Have announced they will increase their landside fees.

Effective 1st May 2022 Hutchinson will increase their landside fees in Brisbane.

Effective 1st June 2022 Hutchinson will increase their landside fees in Sydney.

The Landside charge partially recovers costs associated with providing Hutchinson landside operations and is essential to enable them to continue to provide our customers with superior and efficient landside service levels.

The Landside charge recovers a portion of the costs that relate to:

• Capital investments and commitments made to infrastructure that supports our landside operations

• Maintenance and operational costs associated with providing our landside operations and

• Property and property related costs

The cost increases are industry wide and BR International has no alternative but to pass these increases to our customers.
