Long Weekend Surcharge - Christmas & New Year holidays

Dear Valued Customers

 

Please be advised that with the Christmas and New Year long weekend upon us, vessels are still berthing, discharging, and departing during the public holidays.

A long weekend surcharge per container will be applied for collections from the terminals over the coming weekend, which is necessary to avoid incurring any wharf storage charges.

Our transport providers will be working during this period to ensure all our customers' containers are collected from the terminal in time. Due to the significant penalty rates on the operating costs that apply during this time, a long weekend surcharge will be applied to any containers we have collected.
