Dear Valued Customers

We have an update on the most recent industrial action.

Ongoing bans on overtime, shift extensions and work upgrades has again come to light which is seeing vessel berthing delays up to 24-72 hours.  

Patrick Terminals - Sydney

• Terminal currently operating as normal.

 

Patrick Terminals - Brisbane 

• Commencing from 2300 on Thursday, 23 September until 2300 on Friday, 24 September 

 

Patrick Terminals – Fremantle 

• Commencing from 7.00am Tuesday, 31 August and ending at 7.00am on Tuesday, 28 September.

• Consecutive stoppages of work of 24 hours duration commencing at 2300 on Friday, September 24, 2021.

 

Patrick Terminals - Melbourne 

• A stoppage of work of 8 hours duration commencing at 1100 Thursday, 23 September.

• A stoppage of work of 8 hours duration commencing at 1100 on Saturday, 25 September.

• A stoppage of work of 8 hours duration commencing at 1100 on Sunday, 26 September.

• A stoppage of work of 4 hours duration commencing at 0300 on Thursday, 23 September.

• A stoppage of work of 4 hours duration commencing at 0300 on Saturday, 25 September.

• A stoppage of work of 4 hours duration commencing at 0300 on Sunday, 26 September.

 

This will result in significant delays and possible added costs to the end user (importers/exporters).

We will be monitoring the situation closely and will keep you updated as the weeks progress.
