Shipping lines announce BAF ex North East Asia

To all our valued customers

The lines operating in North East Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan) to the Australian trade lane have advised of a Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) revision following their regular review of bunker fuel prices.

The revised BAF will apply to all shipments departing from the above origins, effective 13th October 2012. The new BAF will be:

USD 625 / 20′ GP
USD 1250 / 40 & 40HC
USD 25 / CBM LCL cargo
