BRI – WAREHOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION

To our valued warehouse clients,

 

In recent months our warehouses have been experiencing a continued push by various trucking companies/carriers to accept deliveries & pickups outside our normal hours of operation.

 

While we do our utmost to accommodate carrier partners at all times, most recently we have been doing so to the detriment to our own warehouse team members.

 

With many of our team working an incredible amount of overtime which ultimately dilutes the effectiveness of our service & can potentially jeopardise their safety & wellbeing.

 

The safety & welfare of our people is of the utmost importance to us & as such we must refrain from working outside of our normal times.

 

Effective immediately we will be implementing a strict schedule of warehouse operating hours.

 

We ask all our clients to convey these hours of operation to their transport carriers.

 

OPENING     MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7AM

 

CLOSING      MONDAY TO FRIDAY 4PM

 

Carriers arriving outside of these times will not be serviced.
