FURTHER DISRUPTION TO DP WORLD MELBOURNE

Further to previous news bulletins advising of the on-going industrial actions against DP World terminals across Australia, a further update has been received, as it relates to MELBOURNE and on-going daily outages as outlined below:

“Issue: Shift stoppages commencing Saturday 27th July

Short Description: Please be aware that the CFMMEU have advised DPW Melbourne of its intention to proceed with one hour stoppages at the end of every shift, affecting 0500, 1300 & 2100 time zones.

The stoppages will be commencing from Saturday 27th July dayshift, until further notice.

The R&D schedule has been shaped in line with the stoppages & VBS slot availability has been amended accordingly.”
