With the ever-increasing cost of doing business, transport companies outside of the BRi network have for some time now passed on additional expenses such as road tolls. 

This has been the market norm with tolls levied on main arterial roads such as M4, M5 & M7. 

As many would be aware, funding of the M4 widening project commenced with Tolls reinstated from 15 August, 2017. 

For years, BRi have in partnership with our suppliers absorbed the additional cost in delivering your cargo, however have now reached a point where this cannot be sustained. 

As a result of this significant expense, BRi suppliers are left with no option other than to pass on these costs. 

Effective 1 September 2018, Toll fees will be billed as follows and displayed separately as an additional line item on your invoice; 

• FCL shipments: $30.00 per container
• LCL shipments: 5% of delivery fee
