BRi announces new initiatives to assist all customers with account reconciliation and management

We are pleased to introduce further initiatives for all our esteemed customers so as to ensure regular information is sent and received as it related to all accounts and trading terms.

Effective 1 April we will be introducing mid-month statements in addition to that of the normal monthly statements . This will now mean that all of our customers will receive two statements each month from April onwards to assist with all reconciliation needs.

In addition to the above and starting the end of March our automated accounts solution will be sending a separate email notification to any customer who is currently trading outside the agreed credit term.

For your ease of attention these emails will be titled “Trial Balance exceptions for XXXXXX needing attention”.
