DP World & VICT Australia Landside Terminal Fee Increases from 1 January 2022

8/11/2021

Dear Valued Customers

DP World Australia have announced there will be increases to its landside tariff effective 1st January 2022 applicable to Sydney, Melbourne, Fremantle and Brisbane terminals.

DPWA have agreed to abide by the spirit of the Victorian Government's Voluntary Pricing Protocols for stevedore landside access fees, including extended notice of fee amendments and agreement to only apply one fee review annually. They have also agreed to apply the spirit of the protocols nationally.
A sideloader Access Fee will be introduced to the Port of Melbourne and Brisbane, adding additional costs to customers transport sideloader deliveries and/or will add staging costs to the supply chain.
We will advise the charges once confirmed by DP World.

VICT have also announced there will be increases to its landside tariff effective 1st January 2022 applicable to their Melbourne terminal. As Australia’s first full container automated container terminal, they are committed in continually investing in their technology and people to provide productivity and efficiencies for both their quayside and landside customers.

We will advise the charges once confirmed by DP World and VICT.

We are sure the other 2 wharf terminals will follow, we will continue to keep you updated, however, if you have any queries relating to the above mentioned or any other matters please do not hesitate to contact our transport team.

Thank you for choosing BR International.

Keeping you updated
