Effective 9^th May 2022 Melbourne contracted rates will increase.

 

Over the last 6 months transport suppliers in Melbourne have been dealing with all kinds of challenges in the supply chain sector from Covid(Driver shortages), congestion at wharf due to unprecidented volumes etc  

The main factors for this increase 

• Vehicle maintenance increases 
• Diesel costs
• Heavy vehicle registration and insurances have increased significantly in the last 12 months
• Compliance regulations, including COR(Chain of responsibility) and Covid 19

This increase is necessary to ensure that the transport provider remains a viable supplier to our industry.

We value your business and appreciate your loyalty and trust in BR international’s service. We will however be forced to pass this increase through to our customers. Accordingly, effective 9^th May 2022, transport rates for all Melbourne containers will increase by 13%.
