Protected Industrial Actions (PIAs) Updates that will impact on landside operations stoppage from 6^th December 2023.

MELBOURNE 

Planned stoppages. 

6th December 2023- 18th December 2023
- 2-hour stoppage starting at 0400hr.
- 2-hour stoppage starting at 1200hr.
- 2-hour stoppage starting at 2000hr.

- 8hr work halt after ship docks.
- Bans on overtime, extensions, call ins and upgrades.

Wednesday 6th Dec 0400hrs - Thursday 7th Dec 0600hrs
- 48hr Ban on loading and unloading trucks

Friday 8th Dec 0400hrs - Saturday 9th Dec 0600hrs
- 24hr Ban on loading and unloading trucks

Friday 15th Dec 0600hrs – Saturday 16th Dec 0600hrs
- 24hr Ban on loading and unloading trucks

SYDNEY

11th December 2023- 18th December 2023

• Stoppages of work of 1 hour duration from 0500-0600AM, 1300-1400PM, and 2100-2200PM each day starting from 0600AM Monday 11th December and finishing 2200PM Friday 15th December
• A stoppage of work of 24 hours duration commencing 0600AM Sunday 10th December and finishing 0600AM Monday 11th December.
• A ban on the loading and unloading of trucks and trains commencing 0600AM Monday 11th December and finishing 0600AM Tuesday 12th December.
• A ban on the loading and unloading of trucks and trains commencing 0600AM Friday 15th December and finishing 0600AM Saturday 16th December.
  All Road and Rail operations will be stopped during the hours above.

BRISBANE

• Wednesday, 06/12 the Terminal will be closed from 14:00, and will re-open from Thursday morning, 07/12 07:00.

Last slot will be 13:00 for gates to be closed from 14:00 06/12. Operations will resume from Thursday morning, 07/12 07:00.  

• Friday 08/12, from 04:00 until Saturday 09/12 at 07:00 **THERE WILL BE NO OLD YARD & NO REEFER OPERATIONS.
  No Haz tanks

No OOG

No Reefers: All Old yard operations (40 and 50 pads) WILL NOT BE Available as of Friday 08/12, from 04:00 until Saturday 09/12 at 07:00.

Please note: that Reefer Receival & Delivery (old yard and Modules) WILL NOT BE Available from next Friday 08/12, at 04:00 until Saturday 09/12 at 07:00.
