Introducing BRi's new PATHWAY

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

 

As part of our commitment to remain on the innovative cutting edge of supply chain visibility, we are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our purchase order management platform. 

From today BRi will no longer need to rely on outside sources to operate our order management software. Our new system named PATHWAY will be a completely BR proprietary product, we will control it, all aspects of programming, coding, functionality, reporting etc.

 

This will allow us to move more nimbly & be innovative in the area of traceability and visibility of all our customer’s cargo.

Strategically we see this as further enhancing our ability to provide you, our customer with the extraordinary customer service you have come to expect from BRI.

 

Access to  PATHWAY remains unchanged through our website www.brint.com.au  then clicking on the tracking tab and your current log in credentials also remain unaltered.

 

The core  design, navigation and functionality will not change significantly, you may notice a cleaner, sharper and more in user friendly platform. Something that is in keeping with our newly designed website which you may have already visited.

 

Your usual customer solutions representative will be in touch with you to talk you through the new functionality of the  system and answer any questions that you may have.
