Svitzer Industrial Action – Update 2

Dear Valued Customer,
Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA) and the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) have received advice that the full bench of the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has suspended all industrial action for a period of six (6) months as of Friday 18/11.
Advice has been received from Svitzer Australia that all shipping and port operations will continue, however there may be some minor disruptions around ports today as maritime unions participate in demonstrations at multiple locations around Australia.
