Patrick Terminals - Container Damage Reports

To our valued customers,

 

Patrick Management will no longer issue damage acknowledgments to truck drivers regarding damaged containers. If a container is damaged the Shipping Line will contact Patrick directly.

Due to the above please make it general practise to check all containers for any damages and notify us (BRi) immediately with photographic evidence of the damage at the earliest opportunity as a defence against subsequent attempted damage compensation claims by Shipping Lines.
