Maersk General Rate Increase (GRI) for North East Asia to Australia

General rate increase (GRI) updates

A general rate increase (GRI) will apply from Maersk effective 1 April 2015. This will affect shipments coming from North East Asia, which includes Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, going to Australia.

GRI will be an increase of $300 per TEU and $600 per FFE

This is to be implemented as part of Maersk’s next phase of revenue recovery program which has been previously announced to ensure sufficient capacity and high quality service is delivered to all their consumers.
