Patrick Stevedores - Announces further increases to their Terminal Infrastructure Levy

Dear Customer,

 

Further to our newsletter below dated 16 Nov 17, in relation to DP World Infrastructure increases, it has just been announced that Patrick Stevedores have followed and will be implementing similar increases across all states.

This will add further cost to importers with dramatic increases from the commencement of this levy.

Industry representatives look forward to the meeting with Mr Rod Sims, Chairman of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), on Friday 16 February 2018 to discuss this, the spate of emerging surcharges and other matters affecting the competiveness of the Australian international trade and logistics sectors.
